Push Mart to the Start
On June 4th 2015 our own Mart will join the fantastic initiative Alpe D’HuZes. For this initiative he will climb the legendary Alpe D’Huez mountain in France four times in a single (!) day in order to raise money for cancer research.
Mart Voogt is the manager of the Wesemann transformer winding factory. He is 54 years old and has been happily married to his loving wife Ria for 30 years. He raised two daughters and is the proud grandfather of his granddaughter Indy.
On December 22nd, 2014 Mart and his wife received the diagnosis for breast cancer. This signalled the beginning of a difficult period with chemo therapy and operations. A period that will be so much heavier than the tour up the mountain, but by that also a very strong motivation for Mart to achieve a fantastic result!
